Your data security is really important. I use a password protected laptop, complete with up-to-date anti-virus and privacy software. Any documents with your personal information on are kept in password protected files and these are only accessible by myself, and one other person. This is only to be accessed, by the other person, should there be a concern over my own personal safety when visiting clients.  I keep up to date with GDPR and date security regulations. I audit my own data compliance annually. While I maintain these robust security measures, I recognise that no online service is impenetrable.
